External fire remediation works to an existing four-storey residential apartment building. Works comprise of: . The removal and replacement of the existing external wall cladding system with a matching system of identical appearance, profile, colour and finish, upgraded to achieve A2-s1,d0 fire performance standards. . Replacement of combustible insulation where necessary . Replacement and introduction of cavity barriers, fire-stopping measures and associated supporting components as required to comply with current fire safety requirements. The replacement materials will replicate the existing appearance of the building and will not result in a material alteration to the external appearance. Minor associated works are proposed to the rear elevation only, with no changes to the use of the building, site access arrangements, highways, drainage, hardstanding or site layout.
