Application to vary conditions 2 (Approved Plans) and 4 (Permitted Development and/or Prior Approval Extensions) of planning permission 25/01359/FUL to allow changes to extensions and internal layouts Condition Number(s): 2. Approved Plans Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, the permission hereby granted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved drawings: PG.1152.25.4 (Proposed Floorplans, Elevations and Sections), Location Plan 1;1250, 1:500 Proposed Block Plan. 4. Completion of Permitted Development and/or /Prior Approval extensions The extensions shown on Drawing Number: PG.1152.25.4 shall be completed prior to first occupation of the premises as an HMO. Conditions(s) Removal: Changed - applicant would like to add an additional PD side extension at ground floor level (bedroom 2), to slightly increase floor area and thus allow for the provision of an ensuite. Reconfiguration of first floor to provide ensuites for bedrooms 3 and 5. This will include the removal of additional WC but result in only bedrooms 4 and 7 being required to share a bathroom, as opposed to four bedrooms sharing two bathrooms. No change in level of occupation and minor change to footprint of building. It is considered the amendment is very minor in nature. 2.
