Completion of Permitted Development and/or /Prior Approval extensions The extensions shown on Drawing Number: PG.1152.25.4 shall be completed prior to first occupation of the premises as an HMO. Conditions(s) Removal: Changed - applicant would like to add an additional PD side extension at ground floor level (bedroom 2), to slightly increase floor area and thus allow for the provision of an ensuite. Reconfiguration of first floor to provide ensuites for bedrooms 3 and 5. This will include the removal of additional WC but result in only bedrooms 4 and 7 being required to share a bathroom, as opposed to four bedrooms sharing two bathrooms. No change in level of occupation and minor change to footprint of building. It is considered the amendment is very minor in nature. 2.
