Removal of Condition 10 of listed building consent dated 18th August 2025 (RN:25/03417/LBC) for: Replacement and erection of five air condenser units within acoustic enclosure on main roof of 17 Belgrave Square, two new air condenser units within two separate enclosures on rear ground floor terrace to 17 Belgrave Mews West and internal air conditioning units. Internal and external alterations, including alteration to conservatory, internal layout changes, installation of underfloor heating system, and removal and replacement of floorboards, doors and MEP services namely, to remove the requirement to carry out a paint analysis of the principal rooms.
