Officer report
Earlier planning history
Permission for the annex was granted for ten years in December 2025, while a later discharge application was withdrawn in March 2026.
“Proposal: The purpose of the requested discharge is to provide longevity to the development as approved under LA03/2025/368/F. Further to the approved planning application the principle of development for the requested annex has been established as acceptable in principle. The removal of condition! of LA03/2025/0368/F will not change the character of the proposal with its implementation to still be developed as approved.”
