T3 - Birch tree situated in front garden, height approximately 7 metres and spread of approximately 6 metres. Proposed works are to reduce height and spread of tree by approximately 1 metres, leaving tree with a height of approximately 6 metres and spread of approximately 4 metres. Both Birch trees are being reduced to allow light into garden area, give clearance from surrounding trees / shrubs and retain amenity value.
