Description

Installation of a wood burning stove within the existing fireplace opening at The Coach House. The existing internal chimney will be lined with a flexible stainless steel flue liner connected to the proposed stove, with a register plate installed at the base of the chimney. The flue liner will terminate at the top of the existing chimney with a discreet stainless steel rain cap and bird guard. The chimney is internal to the building and no alterations are proposed to the chimney stack or external appearance of the building. The installation will be fully reversible and will not result in the loss of historic fabric.
