Description

Proposed discharge of condition 16 of planning approval LA08/2023/2031/F. Condition 16 states: No development shall take place until details of the means of ventilation, including details of its method of construction, odour control measures (if applicable), noise levels, its appearance and finish have been submitted to and approved in writing by the council.
