Require confirmation that the repairs undertaken to Lilac Barn roof and windows in 2025 did not require listed building consent. The works already undertaken and completed; 1) for Lilac Barn, complete replacement of roof felt which was in very poor condition with breathable membrane felt. This work was undertaken by a contractor and required, in addition, new treated batterns, The existing tiles were removed and then reinstated, 2) for Lilac Barn, repair of 4 wooden rotten windows requiring frames to be spliced or on the case of the big back window completely replaced by the same type of wooden fram.
