Variation of Condition 1 of planning permission dated 25th February 2025 (RN:24/09049/FULL) for: External alterations including the erection of single-storey roof extension to enlarge the existing, albeit reconfigured, fourth floor flats with a terrace, plant within an enclosure, an area sedum roof and an area blue roof above; installation of replacement windows throughout, installation of a replacement garage door and the installation of new dry riser inlet inset within existing railing to the lightwell along the Park Street frontage (Site include 92 - 96 Park Street) namely, reconfiguring the blue/green roof and paving slab finishes, raising of a portion of the party wall to 98-100 Park Street to provide guarding to the proposed roof terrace; reduction in number of fixed roof lights and increased sizes of two remaining fixed roof lights, the opening glazed roof light providing access from the Flat 10 5th floor to the roof terrace raised by 430mm, portion of main roof lowered over the existing lift shaft to receive one of the proposed ASHP, in order to screen the ASHP and ensure adequate air flow around the unit, the location of the second ASHP is proposed on the terrace, again to ensure adequate air flow to the unit, a new metal access ladder, painted black, is proposed to provide roof access from the 4th floor flat roof adjacent to the lightwell to the main roof in order to maintain the blue/green roof and services plant, three smaller opaque glazed windows are proposed overlooking the lightwell at 5th floor level & a pair of solid timber fire doors, new handrails are proposed to the flat roof surrounding the 4th floor roof adjacent to the lightwell, At 4th floor level, three of four existing windows overlooking the lightwell to recieve treatment
