Non-Material Amendment to permission 24/02444/FUL granted 21/03/25 for: Employment buildings comprising up to 12,300sqm (GIA) of floorspace for uses falling within Use Classes E(g)(i) Office E(g)(ii) Research and Development E(g)(iii)Industrial Process or B8 (Storage or Distribution) (or a combination of those uses) with associated offices, accesses, service areas, parking, boundary treatment, landscaping and earthworks. Amendment would allow:- External path alignment Cladding colour reference updated to reflect manufacturer Timber cladding heights updated Personnel doors and level access door positions updated Fire escape doors added Roof hatches, fall restraint and guarding added Unit 6-8 Lower overhanging roof depth increased and rainwater downpipes added to drain overhang, colour to match cladding. Unit 6a-b parapet height increased by 400mm following portal frame design development to prevent roof sheet protruding over original parapet height and provide collective fall protection to warehouse roof. Unit 7-8 parapet increase required for detailing and collective fall protection.
