Application pursuant to Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act for non-material amendments to Reserved Matters Approval 25/1079/RMA dated 11 July 2025 for Plot 23 within the Phase 5E sub-phase of planning permission F/04687/13 dated 23 July 2014 for the redevelopment of the Brent Cross Cricklewood regeneration area. The proposed amendments seek to update Condition 18 to address Lift Design
