Non-material amendment on approval 19/1268N: Reserved matters application following outline approval 17/6335N - Outline application for the demolition of kennels and associated buildings and the erection of 3 no. detached dwellings and ancillary works. In respect of plot 1 (15 Birch Lane) as an alternative to the approved plans which illustrated white rendered walls/columns to the front boundary wall, it is proposed as an alternative to clad these concrete block walls with brick slips, colour matched (as closely as possible) to the main property brickwork. The reason being that white render walls will not be durable or resilient as these walls suffer significant and regular water splashing from vehicles off Birch Lane (e.g. from the refuse collection truck).
