Description

Remove all non original internal doors, architraves, radiators and skirting at lower ground; upvc windows replaced with replica doors, remove the low ceiling in the basement and the chrome down-lights; replace the lower ground front uPVC window and door with timber frame window and door; create new timber frame windows and doors were the new extension is proposed (as per the previous approved application) Retain and repair/repaint the ground floor ceilings, decorative mouldings and cornicing around the ceiling and the timber window shutters in the front 2 rooms of the property; remove the contemporary kitchen and bathroom fixtures/fittings as well as the floor coverings in the ground floor flat; remove the doors at ground floor to the existing living/bedroom (which were shown as removed in the previous approved LBC) as these are closed off or left as openings only and have any new doors to proposed kitchen/WC(new sizes) as more in keeping with the style of the property (not flat panels as existing kitchen/bathroom); and replace all architrave/skirtings at ground floor to re (Basement, Ground And First Floor Flats )
