Discharge of conditions 7 (Archaeological Written Scheme of Investigation), 13 (Remediation Strategy), 15 (Contamination Report and Geo-environmental Prelimminary Risk Assessment), 18 (Details of access track) relating to planning application 23/P/0615/FUL - Works to redirect the Blaengafog stream Castle Wood watercourse south of Farm Road and the creation of a pond to store water, allowing a more controlled discharge of surface waters from the site into the existing culvert network. Associated remediation and landscaping works and repair/refurbishment works to the existing culvert.
