A Management Plan is submitted in respect of Condition 2 of planning permission LA04/2022/1980/F. For clarity, this Management Plan was previously issued to Belfast City Council by email on 31 May 2023, within the required three-month timeframe following the decision notice. The submission clearly referenced the above application. At that time, a response was received advising that applications should be made via the online portal. This was understood as general procedural guidance rather than an indication that the submitted information would not be accepted or required formal re-submission. In order to regularise the position and assist with formal discharge of the condition, the Management Plan is hereby re-submitted via the planning portal.
