Dicharge of Condition 15 from LA06/2023/2434/F Condition 15 -On completion of the remediation and prior to the occupation of any dwelling hereby approved, the applicant shall provide to the Council, for approval in writing, a Verification Report. This report must demonstrate that the remediation measures outlined in the report titled; ‘Contaminated Land Assessment (Phase 1 PRA, Phase 2 GQRA and Outline Remediation Strategy) Lands within the Bawn Wall, Newtownards, referenced P3098-1 and dated November 2023, have been fully implemented. This report shall demonstrate the successful completion of remediation works and demonstrate that the site is now fit for end-use and include details of: • Capping system • The methodology and programme of the capping system • Photographs and records of any excavation works within the source area including photographs showing depths to accommodate the capping layer • Photographs of the clean material being used and placed on the source area, also showing depths being placed • Records and photographs showing the depth of the capping system as required • Details of the materials that were used for the capping system along with laboratory certificates and results which confirm that the materials are suitable for use.
