Discharge of Condition Nos. 2 and 4 of LA08/2024/0644/F. Condition No. 2 states: "No development shall commence until the applicant has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the Council (to be agreed in writing), that it is content (in consultation with NI Water) that the proposed development will not affect sewers traversing the site, and drawings have been submitted to the Council’s satisfaction, which clearly indicate the required wayleaves." Condition No. 4 states: "The construction of the drainage network approved herein shall not commence until final surface water drainage network details has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council and thereafter implemented. The details shall include, but not be limited to, calculations and drawings setting out how out of sewer flooding emanating from the surface water drainage network in a 1 in 100-year storm event will be safely managed so as not to create a flood risk to the development or from the development to elsewhere."
