Details shall be agreed with the Local Planning Authority prior to their implementation. c) Improvements to Footpath 40 shall be carried out in accordance with Drawing No. Highway Improvement Plan 710 rev B as approved under application ref d) Residential Travel Information Packs (to include six one-day vouchers for use with the relevant local public transport operator) for each dwelling, promoting the use of sustainable transport.'
