Variation of Condition 2 (Approved plans) & 18 (Highways) of approved application 21/02857/OUT granted 14.03.2023 for: Outline planning application with all matters reserved apart from access, for: Demolition of existing dwelling and associated outbuildings, and construction of up to 17 dwellings with open space, access, landscaping and associated infrastructure. Variation would allow:- Revision to the access drawing and revision to the wording of condition 18 to read :- ' No occupation of over 50% of the approved development shall take place until the following have been provided or completed: a) The works as shown in principle on drawing ST-3637-770 b) Upgrade to Essex County Council specification the two bus stops which would best serve the proposal site.
