Reserved matters application for 50 dwellings and 4 apartments to outline permission 21/10203/OT NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT to 22/06335/RM Condition 7 of the Reserved Matters 7 should be amended to clarify that the focus of the condition is no.74 Owlcotes Road, and to confirm that the PM10 dust level limit of 45 micrograms per cubic meter is a mean limit to be measured over a 24 hour period. The proposed amendment is as follows: "The development hereby approved shall not commence until dust monitoring equipment has been installed at the site, along the boundary with the existing property to the rear of 74 Owlcotes Road. Dust generating activities at the site shall cease if the dust levels at the monitoring station reach 45 micrograms per cubic meter as a 24 hr mean value between 0000-2359 hrs."
