Demolition and replacement of St. Peter’s Primary School a Section 54 application, for the development of land without complying with conditions 15 and 3 and removal of condition 2 of previous planning permission granted under LA08/2021/1346/F. Amend condition 15, which relates to vehicular access, to remove wording ‘prior to the occupation of the development hereby permitted.’ Amend condition 3, which relates to hard and soft landscape works, to amend wording ‘the hard landscape works shall be completed prior to the development hereby permitted commencing use and the soft landscaping works shall be completed in the first planting season after the occupation of any part of the development hereby approved’ to read ‘The soft landscaping works shall be completed in the first planting season after the occupation of any part of the development hereby approved.’ and Removal of condition 2 which reads: The development hereby permitted shall not be occupied until the turning/drop off area and area for parking provision as shown on Drawing No 02B (1000 Rev 5), have been provided and thereafter shall remain open at all times for that use.
