Discharge of Condition 6 of Approval - LA06/2019/0820/F which reads: "A Final Construction Method Statement (FCMS) must be submitted to Council and approved in writing prior to commencement of any works on site, to include ground preparation or vegetation clearance. This shall reflect all the mitigation and avoidance measures outlined in the Outline Construction Method Statement prepared by Blackstaff Ecology on behalf of the applicant. The approved FCMS shall be adhered to and implemented throughout the construction period in accordance with the approved details, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Council. Reason: To ensure that the appointed contractor undertaking the work is fully appraised of all the risks associated with the proposal and to provide effective 9 mitigation ensuring there are no adverse impacts on the integrity of any European site"
