Section 73 application to vary condition 2 (Plan numbers), Condition 6 (Green Roof Details), Condition 7 (Hard & Soft Landscaping), Condition 10 (Noise Insulation), Conditions 12 & 13 (Basement Engineer Details), Condition 15 (Mechanical Ventilation), Condition 17 (PV Panels), Condition 18 (Air Source Heat Pump) & Condition 19 (SuDS Further Details) of planning reference 2023/3824/P dated 24/09/25 for Development of the existing vacant car park involving erection of a five storey plus basement block of flats to provide 11 residential dwellings and associated works. The amendments include: removal of the basement level, reconfiguration of the internal layout at all levels, creation of a plant room at ground floor level, reconfiguration of roof level including the provision of ASHP, associated equipment, increase of roof parapet height, and other minor alterations to the external elevations.
