“6.Within two months of the permission revised boundary details with Jennie Green Lane shall be submitted for the written approval of the local planning authority. These details shall include the removal of the 2 metre fence and gate along Jennie Green Lane and replacement with a boundary that is a mix of a native hedge/fencing and gate that reflects the rural setting.”
“7.Within 6 months of the permission the following information shall be submitted for the written approval of the local planning authority o A Phase 1 Ecology Assessment; o A package of biodiversity enhancements that reflect the findings of the Phase 1 Ecology Assessment; o A timeframe for the implementation of the approved biodiversity enhancements;”
