“Design and Access Statement – this sets out the proposed camping ground would be seasonal for the warmer part of the year. Outside of the camping season the land would return to grazing. Camping guests would have access to use the existing small swimming pool and garden areas, as would the permanent occupiers of the house. The document explains the proposal is for a maximum of 25 pitches for tents only. Motorhomes, caravans and campervans are prohibited.”
