Before you start
- Get an API key (a free demo key works for testing).
- Create a saved alert in Plota for the area and categories you want, and note its alert id.
How to connect Plota to Pipedrive
Bridge through Zapier or Make
Set up the Plota webhook as in the Zapier guide.
Add a Pipedrive action
Choose Pipedrive → Create Lead or Create Deal, with custom fields for reference, address, category, and the source links.
Map the fields
Map from data.application; add the council + Plota URLs as custom fields so your team can open the source in one click.
Verify deliveries
Each webhook is signed - verify the Plota-Signature header (HMAC-SHA256 over timestamp.body). Full details in the API docs.
