Amendments sought to allow the wording of condition 14 to read as follows: 'No customers shall be on the commercial premises at 13-15 Jerdan Place (odd only) during the hours of 23:00 to 6:00 Mondays to Sundays and Public/Bank Holidays. If in Class E(d) use, no classes shall occur between the hours of 21:00 and 07:00, unless in use as a Pilates studio and operating in strict accordance with the Operational Management Plan prepared by SBFIT Fulham Ltd.classes (hours of operation to commence from 06:15am).
