Proposal
A cherry tree located in the south-east corner of the garden of 21A CCS, owned by us, has for many years suffered ivy strangulation along the full length of its trunk and also along its branches. We have just had the ivy fully removed and now wish to apply for a crown-fin/crossed branches and a 10% reduction due to the branches sweeping across the house's bay window and upper elevations thereby potentially causing damage and water ingress to the property once we enter autumn/winter. Uploaded with this application are before and after ivy strangulation photographs as well as a hand drawn sketch plan identifying the cherry tree and its location Data via plota.co.uk
