Proposal
There is a large evergreen tree (holly tree) on the boundary between the back of our house and Burnham House on 6 Elm Bank, Nottingham NG3 5AJ. It is not subject to a TPO. The neighbours had the tree reduced in height some time ago, but since then, the branches of the tree have grown considerably and cross the boundary line by 1 metre or more. I would like to prune the overhanging branches back to the boundary line. The neighbours have been informed of my intentions. Data via plota.co.uk
