Proposal
The objective of the proposal is to improve the external access to the National Library by widening the current steps. The works are modest in nature and only involve a small modification. The intention is simply to increase the width of the three steps by; removing an existing granite dwarf wall, placing new risers along the existing recess and repositioning an existing handrail and guardrail. The ramped access is to remain unaltered. Data via plota.co.uk
