Proposal

Oak Tree T1 as identified in TPO 1308 is causing substantial subsidence damage to the property -The Cottage, Tilehurst Lane, Binfield, Berkshire RG42 5JS. Roots of the oak tree have been found beneath the foundations to the property. In order to mitigate the damage we are proposing to construct a root barrier to a depth of 3.5m below ground level in the garden areas and driveway of the property. The barrier will run parallel to the property building line at distance of between 2m and 3m of the property. Relevant files and drawings will be uploaded. Data via plota.co.uk
