T/2026/0049/TPO - Works to Protected Trees Approved

Proposal

The tree in question (T9) has a T.P.0. Ideally I would like this removed, so the tree could be cut down. It is too close to the garage. The tree is aesthetically unattractive. It is a tall gangly tree that leans over the garage onto a patio area at the rear of our home. We have huge problem from pigeons droppings. Beyond the mess and property damage. I am concerned for my two grandsons who cannot safely play out on the patio. Up to two thirds of the patio area is affect, both boys have respiratory problems. (Asthma) I myself have compromised immune system. I jet wash the area and the following day its just as bad. The tree needs to be removed. Data via plota.co.uk
