DC/26/01651 - Non Material Amendment Approved

Proposal

Application for a Non-Material Amendment relating to - The proposed amendment results in a minor increase to the external footprint of the building, to accommodate a slightly thicker wall construction and wider plant room. The wall build-up has been amended from PIR insulation to Rockwool insulation, a more sustainable alternative, which resulted in a small increase in wall thickness with no material change to the building's appearance. The increase in plant room width is to facilitate the installation of a Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) unit. With the slight footprint increase, this has also increased the ridge height marginally. Data via plota.co.uk
