“In response to a question regarding the waste disposal, the Area Team Manager (West) reported that the original permission had been granted with external waste proposed at the front of the property. However the applicant had not been given permission to undertake the waste provision, so they had to find an alternative, which was presented in the report. The application would be subject to a legal agreement to ensure the waste was managed correctly.”
