Proposal

G1 - Group of cypress: tree dimensions Height 14 metres, Radial spread 8 metres. The proposed work - To reduce group in height by approximately 7 metres and reduce radial spread by approximately 4 metres to create a uniform hedge. Reasons for work : Group was initially planted for a screening hedge but previous tenants did not maintain. Now group is blocking all the day time sun into the garden and the radial spread is encroaching on the public footpath. These works would have little affect on the surrounding area and environment as we want to retain and maintain a mature hedge. tree dimensions after pruning Height 7 metres, Radial spread 4 metres. I’m not entirely sure that the group is covered by the order but as I’m doing an application for the front tree I thought it would be best. T1 - Maple : tree dimensions Height 16 metres, Radial spread 5 metres. The proposed work - To dismantle down to ground level and re plant with a native tree.
