Proposal
T1 - Macrocarpa - Fell to ground level and replace. The tree is very large and situated at the front of the property. the tree dose have good visual amenity. the tree contains a large amount of deadwood and multiple broken limbs throughout. Following the loss of several large trees around it, if the broken limb and deadwood are removed from a safety aspect, this will leave the remains of the canopy open and exposed for further failures within. the felling will remove the risks of failure. the new planting will at to the amenity of the area along with the planting from the other newly planted trees.
