TPA/26/1638 - TPO Prune and/or Fell Trees Approved

Proposal

T1 - mature Oak tree in the front garden - Remove the deadwood from the canopy and perform an inspection of the cavity at crown break (8 metres from ground level). Lift the lower canopy to give a minimum of 3 metres clearance from the house and surrounding buildings. To limit damage to the roof and allow in more light. T2 - mature Beech tree in the front garden - has several overly extended lateral branches that should be reduced to manage weight distribution. Reduce height from 20 metres to 17.5 metres. Reduce Northern radial spread from 12 metres to 9.5 metres. Reduce Eastern radial spread from 13.5 metres to 11 metres. Reduce Southern radial spread from 7 metres to 6 metres. Reduce Western radial spread from 12 metres to 9.5 metres. Lift from 2.5 metres to 3.5 metres from ground level. Data via plota.co.uk
