Proposal
T1 - Chamaecyparis lawsoniana / Cypress. Spec: Fell to ground level and grind out the stump. Reason: The tree is overhanging the pavement and if cut back away from the pavement (which it will need to be soon) it would leave a large hole / dead patch which would look unattractive and would not grow back - the home owner would rather fell the tree completely than leave it with a large dead hole in. T2 - Ilex aquifolium. Spec: Reduce down to a hight of 6 foot and trim tight. Reason: To match the hight of the other shrubs / hedge on the left hand side. T3 - Cypress tree. Spec: Fell to ground level. Reason: The tree has four multi stems of which two on the right hand side are showing signs of dieback due to being suppressed by the large beech tree above. the home owner would like to fell the tree before it becomes an issue in the future.
