A260604 - Full Planning In Progress

Proposal

The building as a wooden storage shed for use in the management of the 11 acres of woodland in which it is located. It is approximately 24 x 12 x 12 feet, entirely a wooden frame made out of local larch. It has larch sidings and a metal sheet roof. It is used for the dry storage of machinery solely used within the woodland and for the dry storage of logs. It has a compacted rubble base. There is no domestic element to the build i.e. no water, sewage connection, electricity supply etc, it is purely to help with the management of the woodland Data via plota.co.uk

Site constraints 2

Nutrient neutrality catchment: River Tywi
New homes and overnight accommodation must show nutrient neutrality before approval.
Natural England advice: extra wastewater in these catchments harms protected habitats, so schemes must offset their nutrient load, usually through credits.
Also on the record
Radon affected area, class 4.

Outside flood zones 2 and 3 · No listed building at the site · No scheduled monument at the site

A boundary can run through a site and the council holds the definitive record: confirm with the council before relying on this.
