Yew tree as indicated in 2603_002 BLOCK PLAN (T1) We seek consent to remove the tree in its entirety, including stump removal and the management of the principal roots where reasonably practicable, in order to prevent further damage to the driveway and allow the affected area to be properly reinstated. Following removal, the disturbed area would be made good, with the driveway surface repaired and resurfaced to match the existing finish. As mitigation, we would be willing to undertake replacement planting if considered appropriate. We would be happy to plant a suitable replacement tree elsewhere within the garden and establish additional landscaping, including laurel planting adjacent to the boundary brick wall.
