Tree T1 - Flowering Lime Proposed works: • Crown lift to 3m to enable access. • Removal of epicormic growth near to the base to 2m to within 1cm of the parent wood on an annual basis to enable competent tree condition survey. Tree T2 - Horse chestnut Proposed works: • Crown lift to 5m over the highway to allow lawful use of the highway. • Crown lift to 4m over the remainder to enable access and reasonable proximal relationship. • Clear building by 2m retaining overhanging branches outside this distance to create a reasonable proximal relationship. • Crown reduction to a final height of 14m with a horizontal radial canopy spread of 6m with shaping to produce a natural dome shaped form due to prior crown reduction and to prevent overlong branches over the highway.
