Recently you have authorised reduction of this sycamore .The tree grows at 3 Challoners Close garden but the crown overhangs Challoners and Quarker's rest gardens. It has already been reduced over Quarker's Rest garden and I would like to remove one of the limbs overhanging Challoners garden to protect my garden's outbuildings during strong winds.
