The proposal comprises the removal of existing timber cladding and replacement with Cedral Click fibre cement cladding, together with the careful removal and replacement of brickwork to enable cavity barrier remediation. The works are required following fire risk appraisals of external walls undertaken for blocks B & C which identified combustible materials within the external wall build-ups and deficiencies or inconsistencies in cavity barrier provision. The application relates only to blocks B & C.
