Proposal
T1 Himalayan Birch - Front of building. Out of scale with situation. Reduce by 1.5m all round to bring the tree back into scale with situation. T2 Magnolia - Front of building. Out of scale with surroundings. Reduce by 1-1.5m all round bringing the tree back into scale with surroundings. T4 Himalayan Birch - At the end of the parking area. Low canopy. Raise the canopy to 3.5m. T5 Cherry - Out of scale with situation. Re-reduce back to previous, removing approximately 1-1.5m of regeneration growth. Remove ivy. T6 Walnut - Immediately adjacent to the boundary wall, some cracking is evident. The tree is beginning to reach a size where the wall is being disrupted. Reduce the tree by 3-4m from the top and approximately 1m from the side to create a structure for regeneration. T7 Walnut - Suppressed form, twin stem, canopy is close to the adjacent wall. Low limb resting on wall. Remove the low resting limb. T8 Magnolia - Out of scale with surroundings. Reduce the tree by 1m all round to bring the tree back into scale. T9 Poplar - Hollow acoustics when struck. Tree has been historically monolithed. Reduce the tree by approximately 50% to bring the overall height of the main stems down to 3.5-4m, leaving the low growth on the tree. And removing the complete top section to give the tree a chance to regenerate. Data via plota.co.uk
