26/3651/TPO - Works to TPO Trees Pending Consideration

Proposal

[T1] Silver Birch Location: Rear of the property. Specification: Reduce regrowth height by up to 1.5m and lateral spread by approximately 0.75-1m, back to suitable growth points. Crown raise by removing or reducing drooping secondary growth to provide approximately 3m ground clearance. Remove major deadwood exceeding 4cm diameter. Reason: To maintain the size and shape of the tree whilst improving clearance beneath the canopy and reducing the risk associated with deadwood. The proposed pruning will manage regrowth, and maintain the tree in a suitable proportion for its location. Data via plota.co.uk
