Initial planning for holiday let now completed and signed off by building control. We would request a change from holiday let to use of an annexe to the principal cottage Pentyparc. Due to our age we would find the annexe more suitable to our needs. Our son who is presently living in static caravan as overflow accommodation would move into principal cottage.
