Proposal
The following works are proposed; Ref on Plan: T1 - Yew Tree - Reduce the tree canopy by approximately 20%, maintaining the tree's existing natural shape and form following completion of the works. All pruning works shall be carried out in accordance with good arboriculture practice Ref on Plan: T2 - Apple Tree - Reduce the tree canopy by approximately 20%, maintaining the tree's existing natural shape and form following completion of the works. All pruning works shall be carried out in accordance with good arboriculture practice Ref on Plan T3 - Prunus (Cherry Tree) -Remove the tree due to its encroachment into both High Street and Lunn Lane. The tree is also situated in close proximity to Tree T1, resulting in overcrowding of vegetation and restricting light penetration. Removal is proposed to improve the overall arboriculture condition of the area, reduce canopy conflict with the retained tree, and alleviate encroachment onto adjacent highways. Data via plota.co.uk
