26/2183 - Conservation Area Tree Notification Registered

Proposal

Pruning works to the existing pear tree at 51 Exeter Road, London, NW2 4SE. The works will comprise a 1 metre height reduction, with the crown selectively reshaped to maintain a balanced and natural form. The crown will be cleaned of dead, dying and defective branches, with all significant deadwood removed. Any excessive epicormic growth throughout the crown will also be selectively removed where appropriate. All pruning works will be carried out sympathetically and in accordance with good arboricultural practice, retaining a suitable healthy framework and avoiding unnecessary removal of live growth. All arising branches, foliage and other green waste will be removed from site on completion, leaving the area clean and tidy. Data via plota.co.uk
