PL/26/08637/KA - Works to trees in Conservation Area Registered

Proposal

Fell 1 x Fir tree (T2) as tree has raised roots which are getting worse and there is great concern that the tree could fall into the gardens and houses of the neighbours on Moyleen Rise, particularly Armitage Lodge and March Cottage, or onto the main Road, West Street, which turns into the Marlow Road, the tree is out of character with the area and is one that would be more likely found in a forest setting rather than Marlow and the scrappy nature of the tree does not add to the character of the Conservation Area and is not a native species.
