263044PTT - Works to a tree with a TPO Pending Consideration

Proposal

TPO225 TG1 - Large Conifer Group - Located in rear garden - to fell. Reason - The conifer group has become significantly overgrown and is causing concerns for the neighbouring property due to its size and resulting loss of light. The trees also generate ongoing debris and bird-related fouling, resulting in a persistent nuisance to the neighbouring garden. Felling is proposed to address these concerns and allow the garden to be maintained more effectively. T1 - Lime - Located in rear garden - Would like to crown reduce removing up to 3m. Reason - The tree has become large in relation to the garden and is causing concerns for the neighbouring property, particularly regarding loss of light and the overhang of the crown. The tree also produces significant quantities of seeds, which fall into the neighbouring garden. A crown reduction of up to 3m is proposed to reduce the overall size and spread of the tree whilst retaining it as a suitable and sustainable landscape feature. Data via plota.co.uk
