Enlarging some of the dormers to provide more internal light to first floor rooms. - Changing the approved pitched roof to the Sunlounge to a lead lined flat roof with roof lantern. - Changing the approved pitched roof over the Garage/Car Port/Utility to a lead lined flat roof. - Removing/changing or enlarging some of the windows and doors proposed externally to accommodate internal changes. - External landscape changes are minor apart from the northern boundary treatment where retaining structure has been extended to enclose whole area).
